That's how archaic they are, not usable at all in the vast-majority of circumstances.

I used to contribute with the wiki before, then eventually stoped.
Today I went there again and, oh my, so many useful homebrew missing, I had to add them.

Also, RetroArch was moved from "Handheld" to a new section I made called "Others". ScummVM 3DS is also there.

They are for all practical purposes, obsolete. Palentine require 4.xx base firmware and is very unstable. Pbt might work on more modern setups? Either way they have both long since been superseded by better cfw

Edited RxTools CFW information to not be available on N3DS. Who the heck said that it was anyways?

Wut ? Of course it works on N3DS.
Or at least it did at some point but I admit that I switched all my systems to AuReiNand (including my N3DS) so I didn't check the last updates. I'd be surprised if it lost compatibility though.

It's weird... I think it's compatible, yes, but the creator has some brain issues.

The creator retired and donated this project to the Pasta team who didn't keep the first post up to date while working on rxTools. So I agree it's not intuitive but you shouldn't expect reliable information on the first post of the rxTools thread.
