I've deleted the hb launcher from the home and then I've re-downloaded the cia from FBI and finally I've updated my payload again holding x on booting but still none is changed.
I've also replaced my old boot.3dsx from the root with the last starter kit pack but none changes also in this way
I'm stumped. Can I ask what you need the HBL for? With A9LH it's not really needed much since you can just install the CIA versions of homebrew by using TitleDB in FBI. Unless you want to use one of those handful of homebrews that don't offer a CIA version.

I want it because before it was working and now not ,and I'm angry because some guys can do it while I can't.I don't use it so much but I want repair it.
I seen other threads but nothing help me because I've perhaps tried all the possibilities

Well if it were me having this issue and not giving in to surrender, I'd restore my NANDmin.bin and redo the process of the system update.

After the restore I'd update Luma 6.6 to the latest hourly build, update the system to 11.3, after it reboots go into FBI and delete the hblauncher_loader. Then install it again from TitleDB and lastly I'd hold "X" while booting the HBL to update the *hax payload. If THAT doesn't work then I truly don't know what more to suggest other than trying another SD card or backing up your entire current SD card and formatting it.

I've a backup of my NAND from some days before che CFW but this seem to be more invasive that other,so I think I'll search around on the web to see a better soluction for now.Thank anyway I'll warn you of news

Is it ok if I bump this? I'm having the same problem but with a different error code.

something failed :<
please report error code above.

I have cfw as of last night and everything else works fine, this happens when I use the homebrew launcher .cia and the old fashioned way/using an exploit (freakyhax).

Are you on 11.4? If so, then update the payload file. But, if you have an old 3DS, you'll have to wait a little bit longer

Yeah, I updated to 11.4 and I'm on an old 2ds.
Did you make a NAND backup? If so, just restore it and wait for smea to get it working for the O3DS/2DS. If you don't need the HBL right away just wait it out, smea was pretty quick with updating the payloads for the 11.3 update.
