For those having trouble with fierce waffle's ROP loader, you could try this, which is what I've been using. It was lazily done and it will overwrite all of your DS profile settings (except wifi), so please use it as a last resort.

If it still doesn't work, there's probably something up with the SD card.

Hello. I tried your ROP Installer.
Then I have put Launcher.dat in the same folder as "Nintendo 3DS" (I mean the root).
I have tried 5 different SDs (for 3DS SD slot), none of them worked.
I just see "An error has occurred, forcing the software to close" error.
3DS camera works, so I believe SD itself is OK. Is it possible that my 3DS is broken?

I'm using 3DS 4.3.0-10J.
[edit] I executed ROP Installer using AK2i.

try reinstalling, also that rop installer is for un encrypted launcher.dat files, if all else fails there is a program to encrypt launcher.dat files to use gateways method, then you can launch them using the gateway installer

So finally my attemp was successful. Thank you so much.
But when I play DS mode a few times, DS Profile setting becomes normal.
Is it usual?

Running DS mode breaks the nickname exploit; you'll need to reinstall it after playing in DS mode.

I just had a thought. Now that GW runs homebrew from the cartridge, couldn't a RAM dumper be coded that can be ran from within Gateway mode? As it seems the profile exploit can not be ran again once within GW mode, it's not possible to dump RAM from anything that's in the emuNAND or any ROMs.
Kane49 Bond697 especially

You only have access to the fcram that you have been allocated by the system
