Hi there,
some time ago, I asked people here whether it would be possible to port FreeCiv (as the name suggests a free Civilization 2-ish game), as it's source code is freely available.
The answer I got was a no, as it just needs too much RAM etc., things the DS just doesn't have.
But now I found this:
http://c-evo.org/index.html
Another free Civilization clone with downloadable source code!
But this one needs way, way less computing power, to me this looks promising. The source code can be downloaded from here (coded in Delphi 4):
http://c-evo.org/files/files.php
So I was wondering, would this be possible? And most importantly, would anyone be interested to take a look at it? (As much as I'd wished I was, I am not much of a coder myself.)
Thanks in advance,
Mad Maniak
PS: I know there's something called Civilization Revolution for the DS but that just doesn't cut it, it's too simple (even though I have a multiple of 10 hours invested in it, it just doesn't have the Civilization charm.)
