Most likely not but it is easy to make your own.

The icons a quite small which is a shame.

Can not install it. I load the boot.elf with the old Homebrew Channel and I get to where it tells me to push the RESET Button or the START Button on a GC Controller. But when I push the RESET or the START Button, nothing happens. Should I load it with the normal twilight hack?

Yes, any my answer still stands. Use the Twilight Hack way.

I made descriptions and png images for the WAD Installer/Uninstaller:

Hope they're ok. Just extract them right into the "apps" folder of your SD card.

I can't load anything using this new Homebrew channel, not even stuff I could load with the old one.

Whenever I attempt to load an application it brings up a small box that says "Loading /apps/(the app I'm trying to load)/boot.elf" with a progress bar on it. The problem is, it just stays on 0% and does nothing.

I read the readme before using it. I've put all the files in all the right places... it just won't load them.
