It's correct. In my time it closed 22 mins ago.

the GMT calculation is -5 EST and its past 7pm EST.

so i'm confused!

either way the forum is not yet locked so if anyone posts in the next 30 min it could be allowed.

Sorry for posting this, but I want to make up my mind...

The HB ends today at 23:59 GMT. And a "good" GMT time is whatGoogle says.
Am I right?

The last of the file updates will be allowed at 11:59GMT. As BST is in effect this means its one hour later than what my end of the world calculates GMT to end at. This is 8PM EST/5PM PST, roughly in 2 hours.

Just FYI:

Threads may or may not be closed. We are considering leaving them open and allowing users to make posts, suggestions, beta test, etc. The goal of the bounty was to see great Homebrew produced, keeping the threads open should further this goal. We have file edit lines (which users CAN NOT manipulate), filetrip upload times, and collected (and are keeping up to date) file packs for the judges, to make sure we have the right file for judging.
