Homebrew Homebrew Apps no longer starting?

Oddly enough after successfully downgrading to 9.2, setting up emunand and everything, my homebrew apps started from the homebrew launcher doesn't work. When any app is open, it shows a black screen, then a red one, and takes me back to the homebrew launcher. Any ideas? I'm pretty sure it's a stupid little edit I have to make, but I don't know which one.

I also love accidentally deleting an important file and then getting frustrated for an hour because you thought you still had it.
So you know, the missing file couldn't be the problem.
