Homebrew Homebrew app teardown

I am a complete noob and have no clue what I'm doing while trying to tear into the internal files of the homebrew app Nintendont, and right now I am completely lost and confused as to how I am supposed to get to them. Can any of you please help me out with this, as all I want to do is get into the inner workings and mess with a few things to test out a few things for research.
