So we got homebrew and as I see that the most hacker and devs and the most programed homebrew are from the states or europe. But is there a homebrew scene in and from japan? I just don't heared anything from them.
In the country, from there Nintendo is coming from and sold most of their consoles can I assume that there is a scene, too?
Or can't most of the japanese don't even now the word "piracy" and do only this with their devices, what eshop and cartridge offers?
