I did. Reinstalled everything I could.

Same here. Can't get the Retroarch Emulators to work either. I'm going to attempt to boot into this using Ninjhax, and see if that works.

I seem to be having the same issue with HANS as well.

9.9.0-26U O3DS

I have the updated boot.3dsx from the starter kit and I have updated the themehax payloads and just updating the ironhax payloads right now.

EDIT:
Using the new starter kit posted literally moments ago and it works.

I launched it using the ironhax payload but themehax currently does not have an updated payload/installer for itself.
