Hello I need to remap dpad and left analog on the dualshock 4 because i hold Wiiu Controller rotated to the right side if i play Ds games on it. I want only rotate Wiiu Gamepad not Dualshock 4. If i switch in Emulator Ds rotated to Right Side i need also Rotate Dualshock but i want hold him on normal way.Thats why i need to make config file to change those values for Dual Shock 4

down dpad must be left dpad
up dpad must beright dpad
left dpad must be up dpad
right dpad must be down dpad

Could someone help with ready config ?

I'm assuming it's not possible to have a mouse replicate gyro motion controls (e.g. for Splatoon)? If not, is this a feature that's planned for future development?

mouse replicate gyro motion controls, for what?
The old version (HID to VPAD v0.9b) works with mouse and keyboard in Right stick mode and functions very well in this mode.

Actually, I second zb123's comment.
While the right thumbstick emulation for mice does work, what happens with it is that it is far from flexible and depends horribly on sensitivity settings. Like, if you set it to the lowest possible setting, you can turn slightly with no problems, but turn fast like what people can do with the Gyro controls is impossible. If you set it to the highest possible settings, moving the mouse slightly moves it too much, and fast 180-degree turns is fast, albeit still slow in comparison to what can be done with the Gyro controls on a real gamepad.

So, yeah, I, too, would like this when Maschell (or anyone else, really, since it's open-source) has the time.

I would also like to be able to use the Wiimote Plus to aiming single and multiplayer online.

this is cool, i used a ps4 controller for smash bros lol. but i noticed that this and SDcafiine clash when you try to load both in any order you will get stuck on a black screen on any one you launch second.
theirs also a tiny input delay which is odd seeing how its corded but i guess thats translation time?

Hey guys!
I just want to let you know, that I'm still alive! Currently I have some time again, and started to work again on the network client for the XInput support.
You may have seen my tweets on twitter, but @QuarkTheAwesome did a great job on rewriting my crappy POC code from August. I improved/simplified it a bit and
added XInput support, and having a nice progress. The whole things is more stable than expected and now I'm trying to get rumble working.
Once this is done, I'll try to add support for the last few missing games (like Zelda TPHD) and release an offical verion (+ source). But I can't give an
date yet. It'll be either released within the next 3-4 weeks or in summer. Depends on my progress/motivation. If you don't want to miss any new information, follow my twitter!

Here is video of the latest progress!

Hello,

It is possible to make the pad player 2 to play local multiplayer ?

It will be possible to plug more than only one pad ?

Maschell is already working on that feature. He even has an open beta that will allow for multiple duplicate controllers/dual-slot adapters to work at the cost of compatibility and Keyboard/Mouse support.

Is there ever going to be an update to enble both this and HBL at the same time? As it currently stands, I can't use the custom controller with any other HBL apps (loadiine is a significant example).

Otherwise, it works great! Just wish I had a USB Keyboard to try out Splatoon, but I'll settle for PS4 / GC controllers for now.

iirc Loadiine has hidtovpad built in. Just load your game in loadiine and it will turn on automatically

loadiine has to be compiled with the latest hid-to-vpad when you want the new version
but i dont know if its possible with the latest version and if its still compatible to use with loadiine
but to try to compile you need the latest source file and only Maschell has them ;-)
