Hacking Hi a little question about wad manager

GOTTTTTTYAAAAAAAAAAA ITS NOT LITTLE QUESTION!!!! SO PREPARE URSELF!!

ok so i have heard about this new error#2 thing goes on the NFS:UC and decided to give it a try,downloaded wad manager bootable ISO and IOS 53 an 56.
tbh all the thing about homebrew kinda confuses me, and this is why i kinda left my wii and the scene aside

, so the question is about steps of doing and is it really needed:
1.download the wad manager bootable iso.
2.download ios 53 55.
3.copy ios to SD card/
4.place the sd card in the wii.
5.enter wad manager.
6.install first 53 wad and then 55 wad.
6.enjoy the game?
or is it more complicated?
i dont want to use the twilight hack, i have 3.2E pal wiikey(not the new one) 1.9s.
never heard about wad manager though, how does it look like?
and gosh 3.4 update?!%@$%! im almost sure 1 month ago the newest update was 3.3 :S weird..
does it make any changes\damages? do i need it for game like NFS:U or RAYMAN TV?
what goes for regionfree now? like what steps should i take to make the Rayman rabbits TV party USA to work on my pal?

go on wiibrew .org and on front page, read the recommendation regarding system firmware 3.4

No you dont, if you were to upgrade firmware to 3.4, make sure you have the homebrew channel allready installed otherwise your "fucked" for now.........

as far for asking VC and wiiware, i wont ask don't worry

i have a big hole ,a gap created, which is hard for filling cause it's alot of info at once, i see people talk about this and that and i dont understand shit xD.
some of the questions are defined as "must know" but also "obvious" though it's not obvious for me but it is a must know.
i will read again on wiibrew.org and if i wont understand something i will reply again.

ok i won't try to learn everything rashly , so i will go step by step.
i need ur const help though

regarding wad manager:

1. Create a folder called "wad" in the root of a SD card. ( I.E F:\ wad\
2. Copy all the WAD packages in the folder created in the step 1.(why did he say packages? i have some files which are one wad file, so i put it in the directory : F:/wad/Groblin.wad )
3. Run the application with any method to load homebrew.(using my wad manager boot disc,will it appear as gamecube game and i need to enter it?)
