ROM Hack HG/SS Delete Pokégear numbers, help me to convert cheat codes to script/ASM

I don't know how create a proper function in the Pokégear like in original Gold, Silver and Crystal, but I made a cheat code to erase all the numbers except MUM. My idea is add a child in Goldenrod dept store (Maybe instead of the little girl that unlocked MYSTERY GIFT in original G/S/C) that ask you if you want to delete all minor contacts, if you say yes, the NPC delete all the numbers, then check the flags and re-add the important numbers (obviously re-add always ELM and LYRA/ETHAN checking your gender and if you unlocked the Ex SAFARI WARDEN flag as example, re-add also him) but not the trainers or Bill, that you could re-add safely yourself, I know how add trainers in the phonebook via script, but seems that a function to delete them don't exists.
