According to a tweet from resident Vita hacker Yifan Lu, soon the HENkaku exploit will be able to be launched offline by simply opening an email. There is no word of release as of yet, but it is confirmed that it will only support firmware 3.60.

There is a thread started already for this. I just installed it and it works great.
