Help with usb loader gx and wii flow

Hello everyone,

I have a few uestions regarding soft-moding my wii u and please note that i truly am a noob regarding hacking and all informatic matters.
So, as i said, I have recently soft-moded my wii u in order to have homebrew on the wii u and vwii as well, and i followed this tutorial called How to Homebrew Your Wii U 5.5.5 posted by below average gamer.

Everything went well since i used the haxchi option. I even installed usb loader gx and got the program to run. The problem is when i insert a usb drive it never shows my games i have put there for the vwii.

I've tried a usb 3.0 and then switched to a usb 2.0 thinking that could be issue. I used both options and in both I used the wii back up manager to format the usb flash drive to fat32 and when transfering the games made them into wbfs. It did not work.
I have tried inserting the pen when the program is loading. And checking the format itself and i have also tried every usb port on the wii u and altering the usb port on the usb loader tho usb port 1 since it had 0 by default.

Maybe something is going wrong with the program so i've also looked into installing wiiflow but I'm afraid to brick my console since I don't know much about this subject.

thank you, i really considered a hdd however since i had the usb lying around i tried it.
Thankfully i ended up installing wiiflow 5.5.0 and the first few tries everytime i loaded the game i got a freezing black screen. I then changed the game settings on the wiiflow app after choosing the game to cios 250 and the 480p pixel patch to off and it worked great for every game i tried so far

Flash Drives are not prefered to use on vWii. They may work if your lucky, but most its trouble and hdd`s are prefered.

If Wiiflow recognize and works with your flash Drive, you can also try change in gx Loader the Loader Ios and game ios.
