Hacking Help With Updates

Hello,

It has been a little while since I have used my Nintendo 3ds XL(OLD).

Specs:
Luma3DS v5.5
Sys 11.0.0-33U

Few questions please.

How do i manually update to Luma3ds v6.5?
I tried to read the instructions, kinda confused.

I have FBI and NTR on my device. Don't know the versions.


Basically I want to get this device fully updated to latest and greatest and be able to play Pokemon Sun & Moon.

Uhm i dunno about the A9LH, how do i check? I installed ARM9loaderhax a while back.

Also my device is saying there is a system update that needs to be installed. Can I install this?

Replace your arm9loaderhax.bin with the latest one then you can update through System Settings.

You update luma files and you updated a9lh.
Then update in system settings.

Download the zip that was contained in that link, extract it and copy the "arm9loaderhax.bin" to the root of your sd card. If it asks to replace/overwrite do so. After this is done accept the update through system settings. Then everything will be up to date!

If you have a9lh you should just have sysNAND. If you still have an emuNAND you may want to follow the "Move emuNAND" section of the guide.

I honestly dont even know what that means. All i know is in my Luma3ds menu it says 6.5 now and it asks if i wanna boot to sysnand or hold r for sysnand or emunand. God its confusing. lol
