Good evening, I've been out of the switch world for a while and now I need some help with the update.
In the console I have atmosphere deepsea and firmware 13.1.0, can you tell me what I have to do to update and be able to play pokemon?
Should i keep deepsea?

You are safe to update to firmware 15.0.1, firmware update files can be grabbed from darthsternie and update via daybreak, as for CFW files, you can either use a pre built pack like deepsea or assemble your own files.
