Help with tinfoil!!

So i just recently installed homebrew on my switch, and i followed a youtubers tutorial by the name of Needels. i used Hekate, sdsetup, and atmosphere. everything was working well, but i wanted to try tinfoil. so i tried following a video but when i installed it the way they did it just made my homebrew stop working altogether. now when i go to my album it just opens up to the album itself. what do i doooo?

Maybe your switch rebooted in original firmware (OFW), try to launch the payload and run atmosphere ( custom firmrware - CFW) again, if you want to know if you are running atmosphere, go to config, if your version have |AMS with the number, you are running CFW, otherwise you are in OFW

so i got that fixed but im still in a bit of an issue. whenever i try to run tinfoil, it just say "unable to start software". ive used the hekate payload and the fusee payload. the hekate seemed to go well but when i used the fusee it comes up with an error on the switch that says 'A fatal error occurred when running fusee. unable to identify package"

Okay, you may be using an out of date tutorial or something so

What OFW (official firmware) version are you running?
What CFW (custom firmware) version are you running?
What version of Tinfoil are you installing?

The fatal error sounds like you're running older versions of Atmos.

i have 1.2.6 for atmosphere, and 13.0 nro self installer for tinfoil

You need sig patches for tinfoil to work

Grab the latest files for fusee extract the zip and drag / drop the contents onto the root of your sdcard. Allow overwrite if it asks

I recommend switching to TinWoo Installer instead.

Switch to another installer. Removing this tinfoil crap solves your problem
