Hacking Replacement for Tinfoil

Hi,
I updated to Atmosphere 1.10.1 Hekate 6.4.2 & Sigpatch FW 21.1.1 & Firmware 21.1.1 and understand that Tinfoil is no longer working.
What replacement app can I use to connect the NSW console to the PC in USB & transfer/install apps & games directly as I was doing with Tinfoil ?

I've been using this version of dbi on cfw 21.1 and ams no problems. Use MTP responder, connect to pc and choose sd card install.

Full credit to whoever built this version... I do not remember but it was downloaded from this thread for all future app requests...

UPDATING TO NEW FIRMWARE 21.0.0 IS NOT RECOMMENDED. THERE ARE COMPATIBILITY ISSUES WITH A LOT OF HOMEBREW APPS.

UPDATED APPS for new firmware 21.0.0 (download the MODDED files if there is no official release for FW 21.0.0). USE the modded files with CAUTION. Not all modded apps have been tested.

YOU CAN USE THIS TOOL TO AUTOMATICALLY PATCH your NRO and OVL files to support FW 21.0.0
