basicly yes but haxchi also allows u to directly cooldboot into a custom firmware.

Now you need to go the browser boot homebrew booot a cfw play a game or boot homebrew again to install a game
haxchi would make that easier just boot haxchi or better cooldboot directly into a fw and install and play games

Just unblock nintendo to download the game. There are no new system updates so you won't have to worry about that.

What ds vc did you buy? It doesn't work with all of them... You should have bought Brain Age or Brain Training

well cooldbot boots directly into a cfw or homebrew whatever you want but theres a brick risk
for iosuhax you need to go to homebrew and boot it manually i would recommend to install cooldboot and never touch youre vc again xD
Cooldboot means if you delete youre vc youre wii u will brick if you move the vc to a usb hdd youre wii u will brick
if you load that vc youre wii u can brick.
The only thing youre allowed to do with that vc after installing cooldboot is to move it into a different folder

And by VC you mean the virtual wii?

no i mean the nds vc you just bought pokemon ranger this game is hosting youre exploit for now and cooldboot will modify this game more and if you delete this game or move it from sysnand to usb cooldboot wont find it anymore and you cant boot youre wii u anymore
