Hacking Help with Sky3DS to exploit Gateway Menu

Hi guys I have a little problem here. My N3DS is EUR and I bought a Gateway and borrowed a Sky3DS to do the exploit using the Cubic Ninja or Zelda methods. When I try with Cubic inja it appears a message saying it was installed but I got a black screen. If I try with Zelda I restore the reight save, change to the right script, the game loads and I hit A inside the barn I got a white screen! What a I doing wrong? I already formated and tried with 4 differentes mSD.... Please, help!

Is gateway's launcher.dat in place ? (root of SD)
What is your n3DS firmware version ?

Gateway's launcher needs to be placed on the root of the N3DS's internal mSD card, not on the root of the Sky3DS's mSD card.

Also, you're SOL (Shit Outta Luck) if you're on firmware higher than 9.2. Open the Settings app to see your firmware version.
