So I need a little help with simple mod manager. I have all my mods right where they go (/mods/BOTW/{mod name}/contents/{mod contents}). However, when I try to enable a mod it says partial. When I go to the game to check the mods aren't working.

It should be /BOTW (Or any name)/Mod Name/Contents/01007EF00011E000/Mod Contents (Such As RomFS ect)

Double check the folder structure as lots of mods I'm seeing out there are now for BCML and it's successor.

Simple mod manager doesn't install .bnp files. You need bcml or I forget the name of what replaced it. If you go into your SD card you'll see in contents/01007EF00011E000/ all the mods (probably all .bnp files) there which do nothing but take up space.

Also hyrulian_offroader doesn't follow the file path I listed above, and will not work until its file structure is correct. It's setup for an older version of atmosphere and simple mod manager just copies its layout

I made the bnp into stand alone mods that have the folders and stuff. I also corrected the hyrulian offroader filepath beforehand. All of the mods work regularly when I manually install

*Usually* doing that will be just fine. However keep in mind lots of mods have to mod things inside of the same file and will need a compatibility patch to install them like that so they all work. (Usually that means making a merged mod to install in place of those mods)

If you start seeing odd issues and other things that aren't right that will be why. Using BCML does all this for you however through a different means. Personally I just merged all the mods I use that have conflicts myself and made new mods however I also have made a ton of mods that I use so I'm familiar enough to do so...
