Hi, I bought a r4 gold pro 2018 (according to the cardbrige) and a friend set it up for me years ago. Now I tried to put new games in it following some tutorials in internet, but I wasn't able to even start because when I connected the sd card to my PC, it showed that all archives in it had a size of 1kb, since my PC is old (windows 7 with no capacity to be actualized) I thought it was nothing but, in case of being something serious I tried to plug the r4 in my 3ds (a new 3ds xl according to the box) and, it showed the icon it always had, but when I selected it to enter an play a game to see if it was still working, it only showed a white screen in both screens and a red box with the red text of " ? Menu".
Before this moment the thing worked just fine and now it only shows that screen.
I'm not worried about the save files since I finished all those games, I'm worried in not being able of make it work again.
Ps: sorry if I committed some errors in my writing, I'm still learning English. Also said friend who set up my r4 doesn't know or remember how to do it.
