Hardware Help with R12 on motherboard

So Its my first time modding a console and while swapping out for the IPS screen I ended up stripping a screw on the board before I could completely screw it in. I managed to unscrew it using pliers but I accidentally broke something near R12 I think I still have the part that goes here but it looks a bit small compared to other board on google images and the one next to i
The gba switches off if i try to turn it on without it, is there a way I can re-attatch it?

You are going to need a soldering iron with a really thin tip, or you could get some of those fancy ones that come with tweesers for tiny componentes.

Make some post in the forum and level up so you can upload pictures, that will me useful for getting help.
