Gordon Freeman in the flesh. Or rather, in the Playstation 3 port. I took the liberty of relieving you of your PS3 store; most of them were Sony's property. As for the port, I think you’ve earned it. Given the current status of my Quake 3 ports, which I'm feeling satisfied so far (although there's still a lot of stuff that I'd really, really like to implement), my next project was a XASH3D FWGS port for the Playstation 3. Compared to my previous port, I decided to make a thread about its current status, what's left and when the first release will be. Whereas with my previous Q3 ports I would make a thread as soon as I got a playable build. ETA: Early/Mid August depending on how many roadblocks I run into. Was AI used in this project? Yes, AI was used to assist me in coding. All the testing and the debugging sessions were done by me on real hardware following a strict goal-based roadmap. I also got some of the pieces fully working thanks to my previous Quake 3 port. And this brings us back to: Current status: HL1 is working as intended (rendering, menus, loading/saving files, audio, multiplayer, story as well as the tutorial are playable) Opposing Force and Blue Shift are playable. It's gonna use the default Gamepad layout available on Steam Crossplay with other XASH3D FWGS clients is supported TO DO: Polish. Improve controller sensitivity. Screenshots:

Hi All,

I am getting the following device http://shoptemp.com/categories/USB-Dev-Boards/ in the mail in the next few days.
I am trying to work out exactly what i need to put on it to work in my ps3.
I downloaded a file which has the following files :

1/. Blank.bkr
2/. OpenPSJailbreaker.bkr
3/. PSGroove.bkr
4/. PSJailbreaker_v1.0.bkr

Firstly what are these files?
Are they payloads?
It has an application to install these files but am unsure exactly what they are.
I also got help from a gba temp user Sephxus which was great but am still confused.
He told me to grab Gaia manager which i did.

So what i would really like to know is exactly what i need to put on the above device to work in my ps3?

Also my ps3 is on 3.15 and i have heard there are payloads (whatever they are and where do i get them) that work fine on 3.15 or i can upgrade to 3.41 is this correct?

Thanks heaps in advance but im a noob at this and confused.
