Hacking Help with preloader 0.29

so if i run ios downgrader let it do its thing then after insall preloader i shouldnt get this warning?

Steps:

1) Run IOS Downgrader
2)Run the Preloader installer
3)Press "1"
4)It installs

Ok so i installed prloader and its being weird and screwy to me because ive never used preloader b4 and first i start up the wii enable skip disk check cheat and turn autoboot system menu on and now my system menu music skips sometimes when i turn on the wii and my legit games are recognized as gamecube games even though they are wii games. And when i put my wii on stand by it still loaded i could hear the disk spinning. Is all this normal?

return to preloader
stop disc on
if you use wc24 youll have to do a full powerdown for disc to stop spinning
