Help with OTP dumping.

Hi i have alot of problems with my wii u, ptb did not work, so i did a defuse. i have dumped everything except OTP it gives me this message

How do i procced? i have the nand aid and a max endurance SD card that i plan to install i have never encounterd this error before?

The console is a PAL 8GB version

I was gonna make a shipping joke, but there are a COUPLE of things stopping me
(for context, OTP in shipping is one true pairing, basically the ship you ship to the core or something)

The console freezes on the Wii u bootlogo, it does not have a nand-aid yet i play to install it and use 64gb memory. is it possible to use a otp from another console? i dont need any data or saves that is stored in the console.
