Hacking help with new layton

Ok my grandmother is trying the new prof. Layton game. Have anti bypass on, the first puzzle just keeps looping no matter the answer. Which by the way she is putting in helpsos. Any one else having this issue or had it and solved it. Thanks.

If the first puzzle is looping then you're obviously not using the anti piracy bypass. That is the anti piracy. Patch the rom or look around for a patched ROM.

Actually the AP bypass works best on clean roms, so if he has a clean one, it should be working. If he has a patched rom, it'd work best without the AP bypass. You just have to test which combination of AP bypass and clean/patched rom works best for certain games.

Also, akaio 1.8.8 (currently the latest) doesn't fix that game, so you might have to wait for an update.

akaio 1.8.8 changelog doesn't include a fix for that game, so I guess you'll have to wait for an update.

Or maybe you could try a patched one, although I doubt that'd work.

Yeah she'll just have to wait for new loaders or release. Not gonna deal with patched and unpatched roms. Its pain enough trying to maintain games for 9 diffrent cards.
