Hacking help with minor downgrade pls.

hello.

i want to downgrade a European Pal console from 3.3 to 3.2
can i just install the wads for 3.2 system-menu & IOS30,
or will it take more work?
and NO, i dont want to install 4.0!!!

btw, this console has no net access - so any answer must be able to be done from the SD-card.
