1 : http://www5.atpages.jp/wiihack/ goto here download freethewads and unzip anywhere (e.g c:\freethewads or Desktop\freethewads)
2 : right click the mouse add a new *.txt (notepad format)
3 : typeing ?freethewads.exe *.wad? in the *.txt file
4 : save as abc.bat
5 : put the wiiware game(*.wad format) in the freethewads folder
6 : double click the abc.bat run it
7 : ok now , your wiiware game is region free now(you can use WadID chack it)
or download freethewad here , i add the abc.bat on this ~
