I have a N3ds with freeshop and ciangel. If I was to use freesop to get the dsiware and then system transfer will it work? And another thing, If I was to copy the dsiware game to the sd can I copy it to my O3ds in system data mangement?

You can't do N3DS > O3DS system transfer.

As for copying the title from the SD to another console, that is impossible.

Unless you have the movable.sed, then it is possible, even if no utilities have been made for it - but if you can get your hands on that, you don't need this exploit.

Guys... There's no DSiWare carts. DSiWare by definition is a digital download of a DSi title...
