Checkpoint doesn't display DSiWare Save Files

I have DSiWare installed on my 3DS but for some reason Checkpoint doesn't display save data for those titles. Why not? Does checkpoint not support DSiWare titles?

The way I have been backing up my DSiWare saves is through the following procedure.

• Boot GM9 (hold start button while powering on the 3DS console)
• Navigate to `[2:] SYSNAND TWLN -> title -> 00030004` and copy it by pressing Y.
• Navigate back up to [0:] SDCARD (SD_CARD_NAME) and paste the whole `00030004` folder by pressing Y.

Is this really the ideal way to do it?

I suppose Checkpoint currently doesn't support them. I don't think it supports WarioWare D.I.Y. either.
