Homebrew help with dsx86 and windows 3

ok i used a gude on this website but there is one problem. when i run the command setup.exe it just says that it can't find it help please no setup.exe file came with the iso

If you go to the bottom of the DSx86 compatibility list you will see the Windows 3.0 with Multi Media Extensions. Click on the link and then click on the download link to download DD.zip. Extract dd.zip to the root of you SDHC acrd. Load DSx86 and type win at the dos command. Windows 3.0 will then run.

well you need to download the multmedia extention version and just write win at it'll work in yoiur guide you have to iso and run setup.exe but that doesn't work

i did every thing hrmm let me try redownloading
edit: turns out i never extraced the iso i never knew what it ment its fixed now
