Hacking Help with downgrader

I searched and couldn't find any information on this subject.

I'm running the IOS Downgrader 1.0 and it seems to be hung up.

Right now my screen looks like this:

Installing IOS31 v1040 please wait....

Downloading and Installing #22.

It's been hung up here for over an hour now.

My question is A) Is there a possibility its still actually doing something or just hung up. and B) If I restart my wii am I likely to brick it.

I have HBC installed and have done a downgrade before and I just don't remember it taking quite this long. Thanks for your help.

its obviously frozen dude, if its only IOS Downgrader your running and it hasnt touched the system menu then 'you should' dont take my word for this be able to reboot mate

look of the draw i dont think it will have touched the sys menu's IOS.
