ROM Hack Help With 3DS

I have a hacked New 3DS with Hourglass9 v1.10 and with Luma3DS v5.5. So this morning I got an update notification and I went and updated the system. After it updated it rebooted, as usual, and then it wouldn't fully turn on. So I've tried taking the SD Card out and the Battery and let it sit and then put it back in and turn it on, still nothing. Then I held Start and that menu still comes up and so does the Select menu. I've tried to reboot it many times but still nothing.
