I have a .3DS rom on my PC, but I want to access the game's objects and tilesets. How can I do this?
The process is kind of involved from what I know. You need a 4.5 3DS and run some software to generate a xorpad for the game, then combine that with the original ROM to get an unencrypted game. You can then use a program (AnyFileExplorer or something?) to view game files.
How will I know if its encrypted or not?
It is if it's a 3ds rom.
So that means its not possible to rip the tilesets from the game without decryption?
