Hacking Help with .3ds rom

I have a .3DS rom on my PC, but I want to access the game's objects and tilesets. How can I do this?

The process is kind of involved from what I know. You need a 4.5 3DS and run some software to generate a xorpad for the game, then combine that with the original ROM to get an unencrypted game. You can then use a program (AnyFileExplorer or something?) to view game files.
