Hacking [Help!] Wii ware game installation

Hi Everyone,
Recently I want to install wii ware games by using Simple FS Dumper and Trii force. However I met some problem at the beginning. When I try to use the Simple FS Dumer 0.42 to dumple the system files, an DSI exception take place and followed by lots of codes. Can anybody help me to solve that problem? Thanks a lot!

Get Simple FS Dumper 0.42.
I had the same problem with the earlier revs.
