It means you have a bad copy.

Find it elsewhere. I'll give you a hint.
Look for the following title is in the CIA section on that ISO site.

PS, they are the legit copy versions too.

Go to the eshop, then go to the page for Pokemon Blue. You'll see 'Downloaded' greyed out. That will download the seed, and when you exit eshop, it will run!

I didn't think about that. I went to the eshop myself and never gave it a second thought...
