ROM Hack Help using an English patch?

Sorry for being a total newbie at this ;^^ I was hoping someone on here could help me, I was looking for an English patch for Hakuouki DS/Yuugi Roku and I found a few things but I'm not sure how to use them 0:

what if your problem is not how to use the patch but how to use the internet?
don't it look strange that 99% of the Google search results are in the same Google docs page??
you don't think the patch should have made it at least in any forum like in this one?
there is something in the translation request thread but the link isn't working in my mobile but I believe there is no patch as stated here:
