I would like to have help to update my 3DS cfw 10.6.0-31E with RXTOOL .
I saw that new CFW are released.

But I don't know what I should take ...
I would like to be up to date in the last update on my 11.0.0-33E emunand and have no problem with the games to come.

First switch to luma3ds CFW as rxtools is dead and no longer supporter and falls behind in functionality.
Also, it is safe to update your emunand to 11.0, but use Luma, rxtools is bad

go to hbl once you installed it and run luma3ds
