Hacking [Help] Trying to Region Change a Jap N3DS

but when I finished the section III it won't boot

Is there someone who successfully did this?

I'm on N3DS Jap 11.1 with luma a9lh

Are you trying to use your American NNID in Europe Nand?

I simply made a backup before ctrtransfer and restored it by Decrypt9 in a9lh

I haven't region changed my console yet, its still in its legit region with an NNID I created just to play a few games online.

CTRTRANSFER, it works on 11.3 as well. (Obviously with a CFW).

Nope. If there was, the region change guide would've mentioned it.

EDIT: Looks like the guide OP linked to doesn't mention creating a SecureInfo_C file.... I definitely created that file on mine so maybe that's your issue.

I followed that guide, it worked. OP followed "updated" guide, it didn't work.

Newer is not better if it doesn't work.

You followed that guide in the past. Let me know when you follow it again in the present and it worked for you. If OP bricks from following an outdated guide, they can blame it on you for linking to the guide.

And of there is something truly wrong with the current guide, they can mention it to Plailect on GitHub so that he can take a look at it and fix it.

I also saw someone complaining about the same thing.
Also someone managed to access eShop with a region changed console who already had accessed eShop on its own region, nothing is impossible.

UPDATE: Just did it, I managed to region change it from US to EUR and nope, cannot access eShop at all.
I even deleted my NNID account and formatted the system (US sysNAND) and it just doesn't work, error code 005-5958.

The weird thing is, my console doesn't have any kind of demo videos attached, the ones Nintendo uses to tie new 3DS consoles to their legacy accounts.
