I'm following this guide that was updated yesterday https://3ds.guide/region-changing
but when I finished the section III it won't boot

Is there someone who successfully did this?

    I'm on N3DS Jap 11.1 with luma a9lh

To be honest, I've been waiting for some people to be doing this because I am also interested in doing so.
I have an American N3DSXL and I wanna region change it to Europe because I wanna buy games and link my accounts.

Are you trying to use your American NNID in Europe Nand?

I simply made a backup before ctrtransfer and restored it by Decrypt9 in a9lh

CTRTRANSFER, it works on 11.3 as well. (Obviously with a CFW).

Is there ANY way to make an already eshop accessed new 3DS to access the new region changed eShop?

Nope. If there was, the region change guide would've mentioned it.

I did this a long time ago (Jap N3ds to USA N3ds). This is what I did and it worked fine: https://github.com/Plailect/Guide_RedNAND/wiki/Region-Changing

EDIT: Looks like the guide OP linked to doesn't mention creating a SecureInfo_C file.... I definitely created that file on mine so maybe that's your issue.

Please don't link to outdated things. Please only link to up to date things. While that guide did work in the past, it has since been updated.

I followed that guide, it worked. OP followed "updated" guide, it didn't work.

Newer is not better if it doesn't work.

You followed that guide in the past. Let me know when you follow it again in the present and it worked for you. If OP bricks from following an outdated guide, they can blame it on you for linking to the guide.

And of there is something truly wrong with the current guide, they can mention it to Plailect on GitHub so that he can take a look at it and fix it.

I also saw someone complaining about the same thing.
Also someone managed to access eShop with a region changed console who already had accessed eShop on its own region, nothing is impossible.

Read my edit to that post.

What workaround did they do to access the eShop?

    https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/issues/798

UPDATE: Just did it, I managed to region change it from US to EUR and nope, cannot access eShop at all.
I even deleted my NNID account and formatted the system (US sysNAND) and it just doesn't work, error code 005-5958.

The weird thing is, my console doesn't have any kind of demo videos attached, the ones Nintendo uses to tie new 3DS consoles to their legacy accounts.
