So I am trying to get a sharp x1 emulator working with dosbox. I found a site called incomprehensable emulation that had some good info. http://www.blackdiamond.co.za/incomp/x1.html

I have tried the X1emu, and have the dos4gw.exe in the same dir. The dos4gw starts and then I get some gibberish error in characters I don't know how to type. The dos4gw file (and the emulator files) are located here. http://translate.google.com/translate?sl=auto&tl=en&js=n&prev=_t&hl=en&ie=UTF-8&layout=2&eotf=1&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.geocities.co.jp%2FSiliconValley-SanJose%2F3949%2F

There's another dos emulator on the inconprehensable emulation page the x1r, but even after extensive google searching i cannot locate it. It is made by the same guy who made the xmellinium advance emu. If anyone knows how to find the file i would appreciate a link.

My goal is to play the 3 mario games, Super Mario Bros. Special,(the original Mario Bros. Sequel) Mario Bros. Special, and Punch Ball Mario Bros.

If I could get this to work on dosbox then I could make a custom dosbox that auto starts the emulator...I would call it Sharpii....

Anyway I'm a noob but this seems posible, any help would be appreciated.
