SUPER does WMA to MP3, as well as a ton of other audio/video formats. But not XM (already tried)
I don't know of any that does XM. Winamp will play it though. So the dirty, hands-on option is to play it in Winamp (or other XM player) and then record it with Audacity (or other audio editor) then save as MP3.
