This is the first game I've found that doesn't work even with the recommendation here

to turn on mode 3. Then, I tried turning on every mode, but it still didn't work. What happens is that I get a white screen instead of the usual flashing colors when booting up a game. Also, if I recall since it's been over a week since I tried it, I can't return to the menu with button commands and I have to shut off the console to get back.
So my question is, how can I get this game to play, because it was reported on the list as working? Also, in general, a second question. If the recommended mode doesn't work, what should be my next step? Oh, one last thing. I did click save settings when I changed the mode so it's not that they weren't saved.
