if I understand u correctly, u need the custom white list to play games that r otherwise unplayable on the pstv.

Well for starters, what firmware is your PSTV on?

what system software is on the pstv, if you are over 3.60 you can not do really anything with hacking

Ya, just install enso and setup vitashell.

Just grab its VPK file, transfer it over, and install it using molecularShell.

After you install Henkaku Enso, a program called Molecular shell will be installed to your system, from there you need to connect your vita to your computer via cable or FTP to install Vitashell. http://wololo.net/2017/03/18/vitashell-1-61-released-important-bug-fixes/

That's an unnecessarily complicated method nowadays. One might as well use one of the whitelisting applications.

I still recommend it over the apps. it takes very little time to do. it took me less than a minute minus white list v2.
