Hey so I recently bought a psvita 2000, it was already modded with games installled, What I want to do is to upgrade the sd card & freshly install the games & apps on it, it has the sd2vita adapter with 64gb card init, I want to upgrade to 256gb & freshly install everything, Can anyone guide me how & where to start?

Using vita.hacks.guide starrt by uninstalling the CFW if running Henkaku-Enso and then doing the reinstall with new SD card following that part of the guide. Trying to install CFW on top of CFW leads to brick.

If just lazy and everything works the easy option is just transfer the SD cards contents over - enabling the visibility of system and hidden files on the original SD in order to be able to copy everything.

What I did was just formatted the console & did the hack guide to install the mod again, I didn't do the uninstalling the cfw guide, I hope it doesn't gets bricked, I didn't had any brick issue for now, Is there a way to be safe, is there a way to do nand backup of vita to be more safe?

Formatting the console is not enough, all it does is format the SD/Memory Card (ux0) and reset system settings. It doesn't delete the files related to hacks in the internal memory (ur0). At best your VITA will look like unmodded, but it still have Enso installed.

Remember that installing Enso on a system with Enso already installed is a brick, one that currently has no way to unbrick, not matter what kind of backup you have.

Follow the guide to properly uninstall and reinstall the CFW.

Dude, go into your Settings > System > System Information and take a screenshot of it, and POST IT IN THIS THREAD.

Here is an example:

In the screen below, see the circled part? If your screen has this (3.65 変革-2), then your hack is still there, and you MIGHT be able to salvage this debacle by UNINSTALLING YOUR HACK PROPERLY. If not, and it (likely) says 3.74, try playing a game (a PS Vita game cartridge/chip) on it. If doesn't work, you're SOL. Anybody else wanna chime in on this?

I have downloaded so many games do I have to uninstall the mod properly? Games do run as well, I have install all the games again if I redo it, is there a better method that I can keep the games & also undo hack properly & redo it again?
