Hacking Help? PLEASE

I just found my lost 3DS after a year and a half, just missed how much this scene has advanced and now I'm totally confused because I have no idea of how to install a CFW or how I can downgrade my 3DS version (my version right now is 9.9.0-26U) Could anyone help me out? Close this thread if necessary.

To downgrade you should use sysUpdater. Make sure you install the correct cias or else you run the risk of bricking your console. You can get the files from that iso site. Sadly, I can't link them because of legal reasons but a quick Google search should be helpful.

K so, I get sysUpdater, I downgrade it and then after that I install Roxas75's cfw? Is that how you do it? Also how do I find the cias? Do I find something like "downgrade .cia files?" sorry if I'm completely lost, I'm just starting to hack my console today.

Uhh, got another problem, my SD Card (a 16gig microSD card) doesn't seem to work! Like, the 3DS doesn't recognize it, but my computer does, could anyone help me with this.

Tubehax stoped working, but DNS is still used to block updates/ avoid BrowserPatching for >9.9

If you don't put it, when you open the browser, a message will appear and you'll be unable to open browser anymore (The first time you open browser with internet connection, it will autodownload a little update)

That means you'll need cubic ninja or ocarina of time to downgrade your 3ds

"Year and a Half" Lost and its 9.9? Was your 3ds from the future because your to post to have a 9.2 fw 3ds at that time , 9.2 was released october 2014, a year and a half ago

Could be a fake SD card. Just get a new one and set up CFW and downgrade with the 2gb one for now and copy SD contents to a new one.

It's a maxell SD card I bought at a game shop, guess there's that possibility it could be fake though, I will just use the old 2GB sd card in the meantime.

Just found out that 2GB TOSHIBA Sd card's format is FAT, could that be the problem?
