Hacking Help on tcp gecko for 3ds

when i try to connect to my 3ds , it connect but after he lost connection and it try to re-connect etc...
if I don't explain it well, look at my screenshot
i launch the ntr.bin with the 3.2 version of BootNtrSelector

I don't think it actually would work with the newer version of bootntr, the program haven't have any update for 5 years.

I believe you have to use 3gx plugin loader for cheat/bootntr stuffs.

do you know any plugin which do the same work of tcp gecko ? ( ex: viewing ram , modifiy adress value etc.. )
